The price of the day ticket depends on the travel zone. Check which zones you need before buying a ticket.
The app also includes a journey planner, providing up-to-date route information and timetables. If you add routes, areas and topics of interest, the app provides you with tailored information about transport services.
In addition, you get information about route diversions and disruptions.
If your phone runs out of battery, no problem: you can prove you have a valid ticket by telling your phone number to the ticket inspector. Please make sure you have received the ticket on your phone before boarding a vehicle or entering the Metro platform area after having passed the Travel Card readers.
If you do not have an Android or iPhone device, you can buy traditional day tickets from all HSL’s sales and service points as well as from ticket machines. Check the sales points at hsl.fi/en/tickets-and-fares/sales-points
Tickets are not sold on commuter trains and trams.
