Buying zone extension tickets to mobile season tickets purchased before 27 April

To be able to buy zone extension tickets, you need to visit an HSL service point to close your season ticket. You can do this free of charge for two months from 27 April. The price of the ticket is refunded to you and you are charged the price of the days you have used. You can then buy a new zone system season ticket and also buy zone extension tickets. You cannot request the refund retroactively. The same applies to customers who have an auto-renewing subscription.

If you have set up an auto-renewing subscription before the introduction of the new zones and the new travel area of your ticket does not meet your travel needs, you can change your ticket free of charge at HSL service points within two months from the introduction of the new zones. The price of the ticket is refunded to you and you are charged the price of the days you have used. You can then set up a new auto-renewing subscription. You cannot request the refund retroactively.

You can only have one valid zone extension ticket on the app at a time. Zone extension tickets purchased by mistake are not refunded.
