Finrail, HSL’s partner responsible for train displays and audio announcements at train stations, is conducting a survey to obtain passengers’ views on digital passenger information at train stations. The survey is open until 24 January. Click on the link below to respond to the survey and have your say on information provided on electronic displays at train stations as well as on information provided through mobile services. The survey is available in Finnish, Swedish and English. Finrail is responsible for processing the survey data.
