Our new service point will open in the west wing of the Helsinki Central Railway Station on Thursday 5 March. The service point in the Station Tunnel will be closed.
The new service point is located at the street level in the west wing of the railway station, in the same corridor as the HSL Penalty Fares Office, VR ticket office and Helsinki Tourist Information. The street address is Elielinaukio 3.
You can access the service point via the corridor at the south end of Elielinaukio leading to the platforms. The corridor leads to platform 11.
The service point is open Monday to Friday 7.30am-7pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, the service point will be open 9.30am to 5pm.
NB! The current service point will close on 4 March at 5pm. The new service point will open Thursday morning at 7.30am.
HSL’s Director of Customer Experience and Sales, Mari Flink, reminds that nowadays tickets can be purchased and information obtained online and using a mobile app and tickets are also available from ticket machines so there is little need to visit the service point.
The service points is Pasila and Itäkeskus will continue to serve customers in their current locations and with the same opening hours.
