Some mobile app customers asked to confirm their email addresses
We want to make sure that we have up-to-date contact details for our customers. To this end, we will send a message to some customers asking them to confirm their email addresses in June.
We will contact customers who have provided their email address on the HSL app but have not created an HSL account.
If you receive an email from us asking you to confirm your email address, please follow the instructions in the message to confirm your address. By doing this you make sure you receive our messages and that you continue to get important information for your journeys as well as information about changes and improvements to our services.
If you do not receive a message from us, you do not need to do anything.
