Ticket sales on the HSL app disrupted for an hour on Tuesday night 9 June
Tickets cannot be purchased using the HSL app on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday 9/10 June about 1am to 2am due to server maintenance. In addition, mobile tickets will not be available via MaaS operators’ services during this time.
Tickets purchased before the disruption as well as season and day tickets will work on the app as normal. However, new tickets cannot be purchased during the disruption.
Tickets are available from ticket machines. You can also buy value tickets at card readers using your HSL card.
