If you have lost your Travel Card, you can contact HSL’s Customer Service after 4pm on the day following the loss, tel. +358 9 4766 4000 (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm), or contact a Travel Card service point.
Lost and found
If you have lost property on a bus, tram, Metro or Suomenlinna ferry, contact Löytötavarapiste. It is advisable to contact the office at the earliest after 4pm on the day following the loss. You can contact the office by phone or by filling in an inquiry form online. The office charges a fee for the lost and found items.
