If you have lost your Travel Card, you can contact HSL’s Customer Service after 4pm on the day (Mon-Fri) following the loss, tel. 09 4766 4000 (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm), or contact a Travel Card service point.
All lost and found items left on HSL’s public transport services are taken to Finland’s Found Property Service (Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu) located on Mäkelänkatu.
If you have lost property on a bus, tram, Metro, commuter train or Suomenlinna ferry, contact Finland’s Found Property Service. It is advisable to contact the office at the earliest after 4pm on the day following the loss. You can contact the office by phone or fax, or by filling in an inquiry form online. The office charges a fee for the lost and found items.
