If you lose your Travel Card, you can report it:
- by calling 09 4766 4000 (Mon-Fri 7am–7pm, Sat-Sun 9am–5pm), or
- visiting a service point.
You can ask for your lost Travel Card after 4pm on the day following the loss.
If you find a Travel Card, you can send it for free to
or give it to a driver.
Cancelling a lost Travel Card
You can report a lost personal Travel Card and the card can be cancelled by your identity number. You do not need to know your card number. You can cancel a card either by calling 09 4766 4000 or by visiting a service point. To view the contact details of service points, use the sales point search.
A multi-user Travel Card can be cancelled only if the owner's personal data or the company's business ID has been stored on the card. The information has to be stored on the card at a service point when the card is issued; it cannot be done later on. Kiosks selling multi-user Travel Cards cannot enter personal data on the card.
A cancelled Travel Card cannot be used for traveling nor can it be loaded with season tickets and/or value. The card charge will not be refunded in case a Travel Card is cancelled.
Season ticket or value into a new card
Season tickets and value remaining on a lost card can be transferred to a new card at a service point. The season ticket remaining on the lost card is transferred to a new card from the day on which you come to the service point to take care of the matter. The new card costs €5 and a processing fee of €6 is charged for the transfer.
