The introduction of a new email service has caused disruptions to HSL’s feedback system so that some of the feedback submitted by customers have been lost. Some of the feedback submitted using our online feedback from between 25 November and 5 December have not been registered in the system at all. We apologize for the problems and any inconvenience caused to customers.
If you have not received a reply to your feedback, we kindly ask you to resubmit your feedback. The feedback system is now working normally.
