HSL launches a loyalty program pilot

HSL is launching a new loyalty program. During the summer and autumn 2014, HSL will conduct a pilot to test various customer benefits and collect experiences.

HSL wants to offer its customers benefits that customers can get by showing their HSL Travel Cards or by registering for My HSL. In order to be able to enter prize draws, customers must have registered for My HSL.

By showing theirs Travel Cards, HSL customers get discount, for example, on car rental services, City Car Club cars, guided cycle tours provided by Happy Guide Helsinki and tours by public transport.

As part of the pilot, HSL is a partner of the Tikkurila Festival held on 1-3 August. HSL customers registered for My HSL can buy tickets for the festival at a bargain price until 15 June: one-day passes for Friday and Saturday cost €35 (normal price €45), two-day passes €50 (normal price €65).
