HSL’s etiquette campaign well-received by passengers

Passengers often call for HSL to remind all passengers to mind their manners on public transport. HSL answered by an etiquette campaign which started at the end of last year and is still running.

Ads displayed on the digital screens on metro trains and trams remind passengers that it is common courtesy, for example, to give up your seat to a pregnant woman or someone with crutches, not to yell on your mobile phone, or to put your feet on the seats.

“We have received positive feedback on the campaign from passengers,” says Mari Flink, the Director of Marketing and Communications at HSL. “Riding public transport is a team sport and to make it as smooth as possible, it is important to be considerate of other passengers. Let’s make this year a year of good public transport manners!”
