HSL is surveying customer satisfaction on the Suomenlinna ferry

HSL is running a customer satisfaction survey on the Suomenlinna ferry from 1 June to 31 August.

The survey results will be used to develop public transport services. The goal is to gather the views of 1,200 ferry passengers during the survey period.

The results will be available in HSL’s open online database at https://hsl.louhin.com/asty

Taloustutkimus Oy conducts the survey for HSL.
