Severe disruptions to bus services in the Helsinki region

There are severe disruptions to bus services around the Helsinki region due to poor road conditions on Tuesday 26 January. Several bus services are cancelled. In the morning, a bus on trunk route 550 swerved off the road and hit the wall of a building in Viikki.

Icy roads are affecting bus services in the Helsinki region. In the morning, a bus swerved off a road in Sipoo and some time later, a bus on trunk route 550 crashed into a wall of an apartment building in Viikki.

Commuter trains, trams and the Metro are currently running as usual.  HSL advices passengers to allow extra time for travel today.
