HSL's tickets are now available from 11 points at Helsinki Airport. In addition, the Tourist Info and Alepa sell HSL tickets. Two new single tickets have been installed at the airport today. HSL's tickets are also available from VR's ticket machines until the end of the year. Mobile tickets can be conveniently bought on an app available for smartphones. Just ensure mobile data is enabled on your phone when you board a commuter train; otherwise the ticket cannot be used.
"We have hired staff together with VR to assist passengers near the ticket machines until the end of August," says Mari Flink, HSL's Director of Customer Experience and Sales. "In addition, we are working with the Finnish Transport Agency and Finavia to improve passenger information at the airport as soon as possible."
