On Sunday 25 March, customers who purchased mobile tickets were unable to open the tickets due to technical problems in HSL's mobile ticket service.
We apologize for the problem and the inconvenience caused to customers.
We refund all mobile tickets purchased on Sunday 25 March between 4am and 11.45am.
The tickets are refunded to customers automatically, i.e. customers do not need to do anything. Refunds for tickets bought by payment card should show on the customers' account within the next few days.
In the case of Elisa subscriptions, the purchases and refunds show on the same phone bill.
In the case of DNA and Telia subscriptions, refunds are also paid automatically but the refunds do not necessarily show on the same phone bill as the purchases.
