My Travel Card service to shut down, usernames and passwords will no longer work from 15 May 2018

The My Travel Card service will shut down on 15 May as it is technologically outdated. You do not need to take any action. We are developing a new, even more versatile HSL Card service, which you will be able to use through your HSL account.

You can check your Travel Card information using the My Travel Card mobile app. You can download the app for Android devices with NFC from the Play Store and for Windows devices from the Microsoft Store. You can also check the information on a Travel Card reader or a ticket machine.

Will the new service connect mobile purchase with travel card? So when user bought 30 days ticket through mobile phone, his/her travel card synchronize with it. And When will this new service be ready?
