New address for lost & found items from 1 April 2018

From 1 April 2018, any lost property found on HSL’s buses, trams, metro and Suomenlinna ferry are taken to Löytötavarapiste in Kamppi. Lost property found on trains are taken to Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu located on Mäkelänkatu.

There will be changes to the handling of lost property found on HSL public transport vehicles. Any lost property found on buses, trams, metro or Suomenlinna ferry will be taken to Löytötavarapiste located in Kamppi. Lost property found on trains will be taken to Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu located on Mäkelänkatu in Helsinki. If you have lost property on a U line bus, contact the bus company in question.

If you have lost your Travel Card, you can contact HSL’s Customer Service after 4pm on the day following the loss, tel. +358 9 4766 4000 (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm), or contact a Travel Card service point.

If you have lost property on a bus, tram, Metro or Suomenlinna ferry, contact Löytötavarapiste. It is advisable to contact the office at the earliest after 4pm on the day following the loss. You can contact the office by phone or fax, or by filling in an inquiry form online. The office charges a fee for the lost and found items.
