There were technical problems with the ticket sales on the HSL app about 3.45pm to 6.20pm. Some passengers were unable to buy tickets using the app.
We will refund any extra tickets purchased during the service disruption. In the case of tickets paid by credit card, pre-authorizations will be cancelled within two hours if the ticket is not delivered. Tickets paid by mobile payment will be refunded within 2-3 days. If you have a season ticket on the app, we will refund any single tickets you may have to buy during the service disruption. In order to get the refund, you need to visit one of HSL's service points at the Central Railway Station, in Itäkeskus or in Itä-Pasila. At the service point, you need to present your mobile phone with the HSL app and your season ticket, as well as the single ticket(s) purchased.
