Our service point in Pasila will be closed from Thursday 6 August. The closest service point is at the Helsinki Central Railway Station. The service point will reopen on Monday 3 August.
The service point at Helsinki Central Railway Station has extensive opening hours. From Monday 3 August, it is open Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 7pm, on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30am to 5pm.
The service point is located at the street level in the west wing of the Central Railway Station, in the same corridor as the HSL Penalty Fares Office, VR ticket office and Helsinki Tourist Information. The street address is Elielinaukio 3.
The service point assists you with all issues related to vouchers issued by Kela or the Helsinki Social Services and Health Care Division, tickets for work-related travel issued by the City of Helsinki and to other invoicing permits. HSL service points at the Central Railway Station and in Itäkeskus as well as municipal service points provide you other services related to your HSL card.

Our service point in Itäkeskus will revert to its normal opening hours on Thursday 30 July. The service point will be open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5.15pm.
Instead of visiting the service point, you can use our online and mobile services, for example, the HSL app, as well as ticket machines. You can top up your HSL card with season tickets and value online using the HSL card service. You can also order your first personal HSL card via the service.
