The technical problem with the HSL app has been resolved and tickets can again be purchased using the app. We continue to investigate the cause of the problem to prevent future recurrencies.
We will refund any extra tickets purchased during the disruption.
- In the case of tickets paid by credit card, pre-authorizations are cancelled within a couple of days if the ticket is not delivered.
- Tickets charged to phone bill will be refunded within 2-3 days.
- If you have a valid season ticket on the app, we will refund any single or value tickets you had to purchase during the service disruption.
In order to get a refund for single or value tickets, you should visit our service point at the Central Railway Station or in Itäkeskus. At the service point, you need to present your mobile phone with the HSL app and your season ticket, as well as the single ticket(s) purchased.
