We will be sending email to some of our customers prompting them to create an HSL account

During the next weeks we will be sending emails to those customers whose contact details we want to confirm and those who have not used our services for a long time. We want to encourage these customers to create an HSL account.

If you get email from us and would like to continue to receive messages from us via email, please create an HSL account using the link included in the email. If you have already created an HSL account using another email address, or if you do not want to continue to receive messages from us, simply ignore the message. 

We are continuously developing our online and mobile service as well as communications to better meet our customer’s individual needs. We recommend all our customers to create an HSL account. When you log in using your HSL account, you can, for example, top up your HSL card online, buy a city bike pass, participate in the development of our services and subscribe to receive news and updates. You can create an HSL account at hsl.fi/account. If you would like to change the email address for your HSL account, log into HSL.fi and change the address in the My information page.

Although many of our customers are long-term, some customers need our services only for a short time (e.g. visitors). In line with our privacy policy, we do not store the contact details of customers who have not used our services for a long time.
