The HSL app allows you to  easily find tickets and routes!

1. Log in to the HSL app and select "Tickets" and then &ldquo;Ticket with a code".

2. Enter the 16-digit ticket code in the empty fields. Please note that the ticket is valid immediately from the moment you redeem the ticket code, unless you have predetermined the period of validity. The app will notify you if the ticket code has already been used.

3. You can see the ticket you redeemed by selecting &ldquo;Tickets&rdquo;.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

The bike system in place in Helsinki and Espoo is different from the system used in Vantaa and you cannot mix bikes from the two systems. The city bikes can be used from 1 April to 31 October.
