Helsinki internal bus 16 will have additional services to the Helsinki Zoo on the Night of Cats on Fridays 6 and 13 September.
The additional services will run from Rautatientori every 20 minutes from 5.45pm to 7.30pm. From Korkeasaari, the additional services will run every 10 - 15 minutes from 9pm to 0.30pm.
All additional services from Rautatientori to Korkeasaari will be operated under route number 16, along the normal route of bus 16.
From Korkeasaari, the additional services will operate under route number 16X. The services will not run via Kulosaari, which means there is not transfer connection to the Metro. However, the 11.24pm and 11.34pm services will operate along the normal route of bus 16.
