Tram 8 replaced by bus in Ruoholahti in July
Tram route 8 will be diverted due to the renovation of the
Ruoholahti bridge in July. The tram will not serve Ruoholahti. In
July, the tram 8 will run from the Apollonkatu stop in Töölö along
Runeberginkatu, Arkadiankatu and Mannerheimintie to Kolmikulma.
The tram will be substituted by
bus 8X, which will run between Jätkäsaari and
Apollonkatu.
Bus 8X will stop at the following tram stops: 0294 and 0295
“Saukonpaasi”; 0292 and 0293 “Cruselinsilta”; 0291
“Länsisatamankatu”; 0214 and 0213 “Ruoholahti (M)”; and 0218
“Marian sairaala” (Maria Hospital). Otherwise the bus will use
existing or temporary bus stops.
