On 23 December, HSL’s buses, the Metro and trams will operate a Tuesday service. Also the following commuter trains will run: N trains from Helsinki at 0.01am, 1.01am, 2.01am and 3.01am; N trains from Kerava at 0.45am, 1.45am, 2.45am and 3.45am; T trains from Helsinki at 2.31am and 4.01am; T trains from Riihimäki at 0.37am and 1.37am; and L trains from Helsinki at 2.47am and 3.47am.
On Christmas Eve 24 December, buses, the Metro and trams will operate a Saturday service until about 4pm. Commuter trains will operate a reduced service until about 5.30pm. U line buses will operate a Saturday service until 1pm. The Suomenlinna ferry will operate a Saturday service throughout the day. There will be additional service to cemeteries.
The services on U line routes 339, 490, 495 and 637 operated after 1pm on Christmas Eve do not show in the Journey Planner. Last services on the routes are:

Commuter trains will operate a reduced Sunday service on Christmas Day until about 11am after which they will operate a normal Sunday service. Additional bus services to cemeteries on Christmas Eve
Hietaniemi cemetery is served by route 24X Asema-aukio – Hietaniemi. The bus leaves from the Postitalo stop (stop number 2038, on the Sokos side of the street) on Postikatu. The bus runs every 15 minutes 10.40am-4.10pm. In Hietaniemi, the bus leaves from the Krematorio bus stop (1269) every 15 minutes 11am-4.30pm. Bus 24 Merikatu-Erottaja-Seurasaari will not run via Hietaniemi on Christmas Eve.

Those going to the Honkanummi cemetery can take bus 732 from Rautatientori platform 10.
There will be additional services on route 732B every 20 minutes from Rautatientori 9.30am - 2.50pm and from Honkanummi 10am – 3.20pm. Vantaa internal route 99 will run from Tikkurila to the Honkanummi and Ruskeasanta cemeteries.
Kellonummi cemetery in Espoo is served by bus 86H from Espoon keskus and bus 96H from Leppävaara. Route 96H will operate a Sunday service.

HSL’s service point at the Central Railway Station is open on Tuesday 23 December until 5pm and closed 24 – 26 December. The Itäkeskus service point is open on 23 December as usual until 5.15pm and closed 24 – 26 December.
HSL customer service line on 09 4766 4000 is open on Christmas Eve 8am–3pm and on Christmas Day and Boxing Day 9am–5pm.
HSL’s Penalty Fares Office closes at 2pm on 23 December.
