Tram route 8 will be diverted on Monday 7 September from 6pm to midnigt due to gas pipe replacement works on Kaloniuksenkatu.  The tram will run from Runeberginkatu via Kamppi to Kolmikulma. Bus 8X will replace the tram between Opera and Jätkäsaari. The best place to transfer from the tram to the replacement bus is at the Apollonkatu stops on Runeberginkatu. <img class="file-icon" alt="" title="application/pdf" src="/modules/file/icons/application-pdf.png?preset=1280w" width="16" height="16" /> <a href="https://www.hsl.fi/sites/default/files/uploads/8_x.pdf" type="application/pdf; length=848768" class="file media-element file-default file-link" target="_blank">Diversion route on 7 September and route of bus 8X </a> On Tuesday 8 September, the services from the Vallila depot tram stop at 5.20am, 5.31am and 5.40am will be diverted to run via the Central Railway Station and Kamppi to Jätkäsaari. The services will not run along Helsinginkatu, Runeberginkatu and Mechelininkatu. Passengers going from Kallio and Töölö to Ruoholahti are adviced to take antoher route to Hakaniemi or Kamppi and take the Metro to Ruoholahti.
