On 23 December, HSL’s buses, the Metro and trams will operate a Wednesday service. Also the following commuter trains will run: N trains from Helsinki at 0.14am, 1.14am, 2.14am and 3.14am; N trains from Kerava at 0.57am, 1.57am, 2.57am and 3.57am; T trains from Helsinki at 2.44am and 4.01am; T trains from Riihimäki at 0.52am and 1.52am; and L trains from Helsinki at 1.59am, 2.59am and 3.59am.
On Christmas Eve 24 December, buses, the Metro and trams will operate a Saturday service until about 4pm. Commuter trains will operate a reduced service until about 5.30pm. U line buses will operate a Saturday service until 1pm. The Suomenlinna ferry will operate a Saturday service throughout the day. There will be additional service to cemeteries.
On Christmas Day 25 December, Helsinki bus and tram routes as well as the Metro will operate a Sunday service from about 11am. Elsewhere in the region only some of the bus routes will be operating. Commuter trains will operate a reduced Sunday service on Christmas Day until about 11am after which they will operate a normal Sunday service. Also the following commuter trains will run on the night of 25/26 December: N trains from Helsinki at 0.14am, 1.14am, 2.14am and 3.14am; N trains from Kerava at 0.57m, 1.57am, 2.57am and 3.57am; T trains from Helsinki at 2.44am and 4.01am; H train from Riihimäki at 11.14pm; T trains from Riihimäki at 0.52am and 1.52am; and L trains from Helsinki at 1.59am, 2.59am and 3.59am.

Additional bus services to cemeteries on Christmas Eve
Hietaniemi cemetery is served by route 24X Asema-aukio – Hietaniemi. The bus leaves from the Postitalo stop (stop number 2038, on the Sokos side of the street) on Postikatu. The bus runs every 15 minutes 10.40am-4.10pm. In Hietaniemi, the bus leaves from the Krematorio bus stop (1269) every 15 minutes 11am-4.30pm.Bus 24 Merikatu-Erottaja-Seurasaari will not run via Hietaniemi on Christmas Eve.

Honkanummi cemetery is served by route 722. The bus leaves from Rautatientori platform 10.Route 722 will run about every 30 minutes from Rautatientori 7.20am-3.43pm and from Havukoski via Honkanummi 7.35am.4.05pm.
Kellonummi cemetery in Espoo is served by route 86H from Espoon keskus and route 96H from Leppävaara. On Christmas Eve, route 86H will operate a Saturday service, while route 96H will operate a Sunday service.

Kutsuplus services over Christmas
Kutsuplus will not operate on Christmas Eve nor 25-27 December. Between Christmas and New Year, 28-30 December as well as on New Year's Eve 31 December, Kutsuplus will operate as usual 6am-midnight.
HSL Customer Services over Christmas
HSL service point at the Central Railway Station will be open on Wednesday 23 December until 5pm and closed 24-27 December. The Itäkeskus service point is open on 23 December as usual until 5.15pm and closed 24 – 27 December.
HSL customer service line on 09 4766 4000 is open on Christmas Eve 8am–3pm and on Christmas Day and Boxing Day 9am–5pm.
HSL’s Penalty Fares Office will close at 2pm on 23 December.
