Bus routes 24, 63, 70T, 502 and 640 will be diverted on Saturday afternoon 13 May due to the Helsinki City Run half marathon.
Bus 24 will run along Mechelininkatu 3.15pm-6pm, i.e. the bus will not serve Hietaniemi. Instead of Seurasaari, the bus will run to Munkkiniemi and terminate at Laajalahden aukio (stop 1401).
The following stops will not be served: Väinämöisenkatu (1265 and 1266), Väinämöisenkenttä (1267 and 1268), Hietaniemi (1269 and 1270), Hietakannaksentie (1265 and 1266) and Taivallahti (1282).
In Seurasaari, the following stops will not be served: Humallahti (1293 and 1294), Mäntyniemi (1295 and 1296), Ruutikellarit (1297 and 1298), Heikinniementie (1299 and 1300) and Seurasaari (1302).

On route 70T, services from Kamppi 2.54pm-4.34pm and services from Suutarila 2.12pm-4.12pm will run via Nordenskiöldinkatu instead of Sturenkatu and Helsinginkatu. Route 502 will be diverted to run via Ruusulankatu and Helsinginkatu instead of Mäntymäentie from 6pm on Friday 12 May to 7pm on Saturday 13 May. The Töölön kisahalli bus stops (2064 and 2065) will not be served. Map showing the diversion route of bus 502
On Saturday 13 May, bus 502 will not serve Kallio. The bus will run along Kaisaniemenkatu, Kaivokatu, Mannerheimintie, Runeberginkatu and Topeliuksenkatu. This applies to services from Merihaka at 3.10pm, 3.40pm and 4.10pm and from Leppävaara at 3pm, 3.30pm and 4pm.
The following stops will not be served: Kallion virastotalo (0226 and 2129), Castréninkatu (0227 and 0228), Kuntatalo (0229 and 2128), Wallininkatu (2126 and 2127), Diakoniapuisto (2066 and 2067, Töölön kisahalli (2064 and 2065) and Ratikkamuseo (1328 and 1329).
Diversion route of bus 502 on 13 May
The U line service 640 at 2.45pm from Kamppi and 3.37pm from Maantiekylä will run via Nordenskiöldinkatu, Savonkatu and Aleksis Kiven katu.
Runners will leave from Mäntymäentie and the finish line is at the Töölö football stadium. Some 13,000 runners are expected to attend the event. The event will cause delays and disruptions to traffic.
Tram routes 8 and 10 diverted on Saturday afternoon 13 May due to Helsinki City Run
Tram 8 will run to the Salmisaari turnaround instead of Saukonpaasi from 2.45pm to 5.30pm. Tram 10 will run to Kuusitie instead Pikku Huopalahti from 3.30pm to 6.15pm.
