In Kauniainen, the neighborhood route 232 will have additional services on Tuesday 6 November due to an event at the Kauniala Hospital. There will be an additional service from Kirkkotie at 11.30am running along Kirkkotie, Tunnelitie and Lindstedtintie to the health center, from where the bus will continue via the swimming hall to Kasavuori, Villa Breda and Kirkkotie. In the afternoon, and additional service will leave from Kirkkotie at 4pm and run in the opposite direction: Kirkkotie-Villa Breda-Kasavuori-Swimming hall-Health center- Lindstedtintie-Tunnelitie-Kirkkotie.
