In Järvenpää, the new Asemanmäki bus terminal will open on 2 January 2019. Buses 786, 965, 967, 986, 987 and 989 will operate from the new bus terminal, platforms 15 and 16. The buses will run to the terminal via Postikatu, Mannilantie, Sibeliuksenkatu and Asemakatu. 
At the same time, there will be changes to the timetables for bus route 967, Järvenpää - Kellokoski, as well as to the timtables for local bus services. The changes are made to ensure seamless transfers to R trains at Järvenpää station.
