Minor changes to Metro timetables from 27 April – switch to summer 2020 timetables

The Metro will switch to summer 2020 timetables on 27 April. There will be minor changes to the last evening and first morning services. The Metro has been operating to the summer 2019 timetables since March because of the coronavirus outbreak.

On weekend mornings, the first Metro services from Tapiola to Mellunmäki will be brought forward. On Saturdays, the first train will depart at 5.50am (currently at 6am) and on Sundays at 6.29am (currently at 6.37am). A new late evening service will be added from Matinkylä to Vuosaari; the last train from Matinkylä to Vuosaari will depart at 11.19pm every day (at present, the last departure is at 11.09pm). The new service will also affect departure times from Itäkeskus. The last service from Itäkeskus to Vuosaari will be at 11.53pm.
