Bus routes in Haukilahti and Westend
On this page, we present proposed new bus routes for areas around Haukilahti and Westend. The map shows bus routes serving the area. Read more about the proposed routes by area and by route below. You can view all routes in a separate map service (external link to outside hsl.fi).

Haukilahti
According to the draft route network plan, Haukilahti would be served by three bus routes: 105, 111 and 114. Bus route 105 would provide a link from Haukilahti to Niittykumpu Metro Station. Route 105 would replace the current route 104 between Haukilahti and Lauttasaari. The bus would also run on weekends. Bus route 111 would provide a faster transport link from Haukilahti and Westend to Tapiola. In addition, the route would connect with tram in Otaniemi. Bus route 114 would provide a transport link from Haukilahti to Matinkylä. It would replace the current route 112. With the withdrawal of route 112, there would no longer be a direct link from Haukilahdenranta to Tapiola.
Route change for bus 510 from Tapiola to Kivenlahti was decided in spring 2021. This plan does not propose changes to route 510.
Westend
According to the draft route network plan, Westend would be served by three bus routes: 105, 111 and 523. Bus route 105 would provide a link from Westend to Niittykumpu Metro Station. The route would replace the current route 104 between Westend and Lauttasaari. The bus would also run on weekends. Bus route 111 would provide a faster transport link from Haukilahti and Westend to Tapiola. In addition, the route would connect with tram in Otaniemi. The terminus of bus 523 at Westendinasema would also provide a direct and fast transport link to Leppävaara.
