Managing several companies

Below you'll find instructions for managing the accounts of more than one company with the same HSL corporate user account in the HSL Business Portal.

Create a corporate user account following the instructions in the email you received

1 Fill in a separate application for each company. Include an email address of the contact person to whom you wish to send the admin invitation. 

2 We will send you a separate invitation for each company by email.

3 Create a personal corporate user account via the first admin invitation.

4 When you receive the next invitations to become an admin via email, click on the link in the message and log in to the service with the HSL corporate user account you created.

NB! Do not create a separate user account for each company but log in using the corporate user account you have already created. 

 

In the future, you can use the same HSL corporate user account to manage all the companies for which you have received an admin invitation.
