Termination of commuter benefit and auto-renewing season ticket

When your employer terminates your commuter benefit, you will receive an email notification of the termination of the benefit. Your season ticket will be valid until the end of the current 30-day period. You can see your ticket information on the HSL app.

If you wish to continue your auto-renewing subscription by purchasing a season ticket yourself, select your own debit/credit card as the payment method on the HSL app. The subscription will end automatically if no alternative payment method is found. You can also terminate the subscription by selecting “End subscription” on the HSL app.

Please note that if you have saved your debit/credit card details on the HSL app, the next season ticket will automatically be charged to your debit/credit card. If you do not want to continue the subscription, go to the HSL app, go to “Your subscription” and click “End subscription”.
