Purchases report

The Purchases report lists all purchases made by beneficiaries.

When downloading the report, you can select the period for which purchases are included.

The report contains the following information for each purchase:

  • Ticket purchase date (and, for tickets purchased with a Business Travel mobility budget, also the purchase time)
  • Name of the beneficiary who purchased the ticket
  • Benefit type
  • Description entered by the employee for tickets purchased with a Business Travel mobility budget
  • Beneficiary invoice and identifier
  • Ticket product purchased
  • Ticket zones
  • Ticket validity period, price and any discount percentage

The Purchases report provides more detailed beneficiary-specific purchase information than the invoice sent from the service and can therefore be useful for financial administration.
