Create reports

You can download two types of reports in Excel format on the “Reports” tab: beneficiaries reports and purchase reports.

Beneficiaries report

The Beneficiaries report exports all beneficiaries currently included in the service to an Excel file. The report shows the following information for each beneficiary: name, invoice, identifier, the type of benefit in use (season ticket or mobility budget), validity period of the benefit and the amount of mobility budget remaining (for those whose benefit type is mobility budget).

If you have removed a beneficiary from the HSL Business Portal, their information is no longer shown on the Beneficiaries report.

Purchases report

The Purchases report exports all purchases made by the beneficiaries to an Excel file. When you download the report, you can select the time range that you want the report to cover. The report shows the following information for each transaction: date of purchase, name of the beneficiary who purchased the ticket, the beneficiary’s invoice and identifier, name of the ticket purchased, zones of the ticket, validity period and price of the ticket.

The Purchases report is a useful tool for finance management as it provides more detailed beneficiary-specific information than the invoices.
