Validity of ticket codes

You can select a time period during which the ticket codes can be used.The end date must be no more than 12 months from the date of purchase. If you do not select a start and end date, the tickets will remain valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Ticket code prices

Ticket codes will be invoiced in accordance with the standard price list.

Terms of delivery and payment

Ticket codes will be delivered to you via email as an Excel file. The delivery time is 14 days from the order. Unused ticket codes will not be refunded. The order is binding.

Terms of payment: 30 days net + late payment interest. An invoice will be sent once the order is received.

Distribution of ticket codes to users

A ticket code is a 16-digit random number that is entered into the HSL app. The Excel file specifies the validity period of the codes—that is, the dates and times during which the ticket codes can be activated in the HSL app. Make sure to share this information with the users.

Your task is to distribute the ticket codes to users, for example, by email or text message. You can send the ticket code as a sequence of numbers or as a direct link to the HSL app. The link format is:
https://code.hsl.fi/ followed by the 16 digits of the code without spaces.

How to use a ticket code in the HSL app

The recipient can use the ticket code directly from the link you send, or enter the number in the HSL app. In addition to the code, send the user its validity period and instructions for activating the ticket: How to redeem a ticket code | Tickets and fares | HSL.fi
