Our new service point will open its doors at Tripla on Tuesday, 29 April 29 at 8.30am. Like the Central Railway Station, the Mall of Tripla is located at a busy transport hub, easily accessible by bus, tram, or train. Tripla is just one train stop away from Helsinki Central Railway Station.
The last opening day at the current address at the Helsinki Central Railway Station will be Saturday, 26 April. On Monday, 28 April, the service point will be closed for the move, meaning there will be no customer service at the Central Railway Station or Tripla. You can find the locations of other sales and service points on our website here.
The relocation will not affect other customer service operations. For example, the opening hours and service offerings will remain unchanged.
How to find the new customer service point at Tripla
From 29 April, our service point will be located at the Mall of Tripla, on the 4½ floor. The street address is: Pasilan asema-aukio 1, 00520 Helsinki. The service point is wheelchair accessible.
Access to the service point will be via the escalators or elevator located at the station hall level. The nearest escalators and elevator are next to the Subway restaurant. You can find the floor plan of Tripla here.
The service point is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm and on Saturdayd from 9.30am to 5pm. The service point is closed on Sundays.
