Ticket with a code

If you prefer to deal with matters face-to-face or you need help with tickets, you can visit one of HSL's sales or service points.
Penalty fare
Remember to buy a ticket! If you do not have a valid ticket, you will be charged a penalty fare of 100 euros and the price of a single ticket. If you are using the HSL app, the ticket must be on your phone before you board a bus, tram or train, or before you enter the metro or ferry payment area.
