HSL's ticket machines will be out of service on the night on Monday 5/Tuesday 6 February from midnigt to 2am due to a background system update. In addition, the update affects R-kiosks and other sales points that are open during this time; the kiosks will not be selling tickets during the break.
During the break, single-charge cards and day tickets are not sold. In addition, Travel Card cannot be topped up during this time.
Travel Card readers and the mobile ticket app work as usual. In addition, ticket are available as usual from parking ticket machines selling HSL's tickets and from single ticket machines e.g. at train stations.
