Ticket refunds due to technical issues with the HSL app on 24 September

The HSL app was down on Thursday morning due to technical issues and tickets were not available via the app.  

We will refund any extra tickets purchased during the service disruption. In the case of tickets paid by credit card, pre-authorizations are cancelled within two hours if a ticket is not delivered. Tickets paid by mobile payment will be refunded within 2-3 days.

If you have a season ticket on the app, we will refund any single tickets you purchased during the service disruption.  

In order to get the refund, you need to visit HSL's service point at the Central Railway Station or in Itäkeskus. At the service point, you need to present your mobile phone with the HSL app and your season ticket, as well as the single ticket(s) purchased.
