The survey will begin on Monday 9 September and it will be conducted at one Metro station at a time.
The survey will be conducted by HSL's ticket inspectors along with normal ticket inspections. The inspectors ask passengers to present their tickets and to tell their home municipality and destination of their journey.
We hope that passengers will respond positively to the survey and have their tickets ready to present. In this way, the survey can be carried out without unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
The ticket survey provides information about passengers' tickets and home municipalities for the purposes of transport planning and development.
