The HSL Mobile ticket app has been upgraded. In addition to single tickets, you can now buy day tickets for 1-7 days via the app. Mobile tickets are valid on all HSL’s modes of transport and there are tickets for all zones.
If you like, you can buy your ticket in advance. The ticket will become valid within 1-24 hours of the puchase according to your choice.
You can pay tickets purchased on the HSL Mobile ticket app by debit or credit card or by mobile payment charged to you phone bill.

During the fall, an offline function will be introduced allowing customers to use the ticket even without an internet connection.
“A mobile ticket for children will become available during the fall. We are continuously developing the HSL Mobile app on the basis of user feedback,” says HSL Senior Mobile and Online Sales Expert Satu Rönnqvist.
In addition, HSL is developing a mobile season ticket. The ticket is scheduled to be introduced next year.
You can download the free HSL Mobile ticket app to your smartphone from app stores. If you already have the app on your phone, update it to have access to the new features. In the most recent version of the app, a valid ticket has three colors. In the old version, a valid ticket is green. Both are accepted.
There has been a error in the HSL Mobile app on some iOS phones preventing the purchase of tickets. The error has been fixed and iOS users are advised to download the new version of the app from an app store.
