On Wednesday 18 April, ticket inspections will be stepped up on commuter trains.
We hope passengers would keep their tickets ready for inspection.
 “Based on customer feedback, it seems that many passengers don’t know when a mobile ticket must be bought.  Passengers must have the ticket on their phones before they board a train, bus, tram or the Metro platform area,” reminds Janne Solala, Head of HSL’s Ticket Inspection Unit.
