Update 23 August 6.30pm The HSL app working again
The HSL app is working again. The app was migrated to a new server environment during the afternoon.
Undelivered tickets purchased by debit/credit card are refunded in two hours. Tickets purchased by mobile payment are refunded to customers' accounts within 2-3 days.
If you have a valid season ticket on the HSL app and you were unable to use the ticket because of the technical problem with the app and you had to buy a single ticket, the single ticket will be refunded to you. In order to get the refund, you need to visit one of HSL's service points at the Central Railway Station, in Itäkeskus or in Itä-Pasila. At the service point, you need to present your mobile phone with the HSL app and your season ticket.
Update 23 August 12.20pm There are again problems with ticket delivery on the HSL app
There is a technical problem with ticket sales on the HSL app and only part of the tickets purchased by customers are delivered. The app was working for a short time from about 10.30am but the technical problems with the delivery of tickets started again around 12noon.
