The route numbers of trams 3B and 3T change on 12 August. Tram 3B becomes tram 3 and tram 3T becomes tram 2. The routes of the tram services will not change. 
Due to the renovation of the tram stops in Hakaniemi, tram 3 is diverted to run via Hämeentie and Helsinginkatu until the end of September. The tram will resume its normal route along Porthaninkatu and Kaarlenkatu on 1 October.
