Helsinki Zoo will again host Cats' Night on the first two Fridays in September. Helsinki internal bus route 16 will have additional services to the zoo on both evenings, 4 and 11 September.
The services will run from Rautatientori to Korkeasaari approximately every 20-30 minutes from 6pm. The services will operate on the normal route of bus 16.
Additional services from Korkeasaari to Rautatientori will run from 6.27pm. The services will operate under route number 16X. The services will not run via Kulosaari, which means there is no transfer connection to the Metro at the Kulosaari station. However, from 11.24pm the additional services operate on the normal route of bus 16.
On the Cats Night, Helsinki Zoo will be open 4pm-midnight.
