Tram routes 2 and 3 will be diverted on Saturday 22 August from morning to night due to a street festival on Katariinankatu.
Tram 2 will run from the Olympia Terminal along Tehtaankatu and Laivurinkatu to Bulevardi and continue via Mannerheimintie to its normal route. The tram will not serve the section of route between Olympialaituri and the Railway Square.
The following stops will be not be served: ”Olympialaituri” (0435), ”Eteläranta” (0433), ”Kauppatori” (0431), ”Senaatintori” (0406), ”Aleksanterinkatu” (0404), ”Mikonkatu” (0425) and ”Rautatieasema” (0302).
Tram 3 will run along Mannerheimintie to Aleksanterinkatu and continue along Unioninkatu to the Market Square and Eteläranta to its normal route. The tram will not serve the section of route between Bulevardi and Kaivopuisto.
The following stops will not be served: ”Olympialaituri” (0435), ”Kaivopuisto” (0436), ”Neitsytpolku” (0439), ”Kapteeninkatu” (0441), ”Eiran sairaala” (0443), ”Viiskulma” (0816), ”Iso Roobertinkatu” (0814), ”Fredrikinkatu” (0804), ”Erottaja” (0802) and ”Ylioppilastalo” (0702).
