Commuter trains to resume normal service by 8pm on Thursday evening, normal service to operate on Friday

Commuter trains will resume normal service by 8pm on Thursday evening. On Friday 27 October, commuter trains will operate as usual. 

Commuter train services on Thursday 26 October

K and A trains will operate a reduced service on Thursday 26 October due to heavy snowfall.

Service is reduced to ensure punctual operation of train services despite bad weather.

Exceptionally heavy snowfall for October may also cause delays and cancellations to bus and tram services. Please allow extra time for your journeys.

Information about potential changes to services on Friday will be provided during Thursday.

On Thursday 26 October, A trains from Helsinki run as follows:

At 5.53am and 6.23am-6.33pm trains leave from Helsinki at 13, 33 and 53 minutes past the hour.
6.33pm-10.03pm A trains run as usual.         

A trains from Leppävaara:

6.16am-6.56pm A trains leave from Leppävaara at 16, 36 and 56 past the hour.
6.56pm-10.26pm A trains run as usual.

K and N trains from Helsinki:

6.31am-7.31pm K trains leave from Helsinki at 01, 21 and 41 minutes past the hour.

Otherwise K and N trains operate as usual.            

K and N trains from Kerava:

6.41am-7.44pm K trains leave from Kerava at 11, 31 and 51 minutes past the hour.

Otherwise K and N trains operate as usual.

A and K trains are operated with two Flirt units throughout the day until about 7.30pm.
