Changes to stops for tram routes 2 and 7 from 17 October, terminus to be relocated on 21 October

When the new Pasila station public transport terminal opens on 17 October, tram 7 will get a new stop at the stationn. On Monday 21 October, the terminus for trams 2 and 7 will move from Maistraatintori to Pasila station and some temporary stops will be closed. At the same time, there will be changes to the timetables of trams 2 and 7. For up-to-date timetables, see the Journey Planner.

Changes on 17 October

From Thursday morning 17 October, tram 7 will serve the "Pasilan asema" (Pasila station) stops H0664 and H0665. The stops are located on Pasilansilta in front of Pasila station. 

Changes on 21 October

The terminus for trams 2 and 7 will move from Maistraatintori to Pasila station. This stop will also be a timing point. Tram 7 will run from Itä-Pasila to the Pasila station stop H0664 and continue to the Olympia Terminal under route number 2. Correspondingly, tram 2 will run from Länsi-Pasila to the Pasila station stop H0665 and continue to the West Terminal under route number 7.

Tram 7 will no longer serve the "Pasilan asema" stop (H0620) on Ratapihantie. The stop will be served by buses 69, 506, 662 and 848. The "Asemapäällikönkatu" stop (H0662) on Asemapäällikönkatu will be closed. Tram 7 will continue to serve the "Asemapäällikönkatu" stop (H0619) on Ratamestarinkatu to allow smooth transfers to tram 9.
