New stops were opened on route 842 between Söderkulla and Eriksnäs on Monday 10 August. The bus has a new route along Työpaikkatie to Eriksnäs and it no longer runs along Porvoonväylä. The bus no longer serves the "Hangelby" (Si0830 and Si0831) and "Graniittitie" (Si0850) bus stops.
The new stops for bus 842 on Työpaikkatie in the direction of Eriksnäs are "Uusi Porvoontie" (Si0867), "Työpaikkatie" (Si0871) and "Kay Hartwallin tie" (Si0869). New stops in the direction of Söderkulla are "Kay Hartwallin tie" (Si0870), "Työpaikkatie" (Si0874) and "Uusi Porvoontie" (Si0868).
